A training for heritage facilitators and educators on how to explore heritage interpretation to create more sustainable cohesive societies and help developing active citizenship

Objective: to develop your skills on heritage interpretation as a technique that explores how values (such as democracy, equality, respect for diversity, etc.) are part of our heritage and how we can use interpretation as a way of promoting active citizenship.


A TRAINING FOR WHOM?

This training has been developed for:

  • Educators who deal with natural and/or cultural heritage
  • Heritage facilitators and planners wanting to engage local communities as co-creators of their work.

Duration: the training includes 2 online introductory sessions, followed by a 2 days face-to-face training. 

Participation fee :  Subject to fine-tuning according to final number of participants, duration and location of the training; to be announced closer to the dates of delivery.
