In the framework of the European project REMEE – Rediscovering Together the Memory of Water, the Mediterranean Centre of Environment has developed a non formal training program for children in the field of water management and water heritage.

On the basis of a common pedagogic scheme, 8 educational programs are developed involving young people (from 10 to 15) in the 8 regions concerned by the project: Marrakech (Morroco), Tameslot (Morroco), Hammamet (Tunisia), Tipaza/Nabor/Cherchell (Algeria), Akyaka (Turkia), Vaucluse (France), Corsica (France), Syros/Tinos (Greece). These programs were implemented during 2010 and ended with a public event.
